Dottie Belletto founded nocci in 1987 and serves as the company's CEO. Dottie is an entrepreneur whose ideas, innovations, and expertise have been embraced and admired in the hospitality industry.
VP of External Operations & Senior Project Manager
Ashley joined nocci as an intern then began full time in 2005 after graduating from Elon University. She serves as our VP of External Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Ashley's focus in the company is on our government, hybrid/virtual event, and meeting /conference clients as well as oversees the company's marketing department. Ashley loves dining in our wonderful New Orleans restaurants!
VP of Internal Operations & Senior Project Manager
Gillian started at nocci as an intern in 2002. She is VP of Internal Operations and Senior Operations Manager. She handles everything from HR and Finance to the Day-To-Day Operations of the company. She also executes events and sponsor activations for our corporate clients, as well as manages the building of the Mardi Gras reviewing stands. Gillian loves Lucky Dogs!

Madison joined NOCCI as an intern in the spring of 2016 and began working full time in 2019
after graduating from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Human
Resource Management. She currently serves as an Operations Manager working alongside
our team to plan, design, and execute all events NOCCI produces. She also sources and
manages all interns that are employed by NOCCI throughout the year. Madison is certified in Pandemic Meeting and Events Design through Meeting Planners International (MPI).
Director of Sponsorships, Bayou Classic
Susan Landry has been with the nocci team for since 2010. She has been working on the Annual Bayou Classic HBCU football game for ten years now, heading all efforts as the Sponsorship Director to raise scholarship funds for both Southern and Grambling University. Susan focuses on building and maintaining long term relationships with corporate clients that are aligned with HBCU goals always working to exceed expectations. You can find Susan eating fresh Gulf Shrimp, prepared ANY way, as it is one of her favorite New Orleans foods.
Government Relations Manager
Justin L. Boone, a proud New Orleans native, graduated from Brother Martin High School, and then went onto LSU to earn a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources and Leadership Development. After college, he returned home and began his professional career in the hospitality and human resources sector before getting involved in local politics and community organizing. Over the previous five years, he served as the Mayor of New Orleans' Executive Office Director and the Program Director for the City of New Orleans AmeriCorps VISTA program. He currently lives in the Broadmoor neighborhood and serves as the 2021-2022 Board President for the Broadmoor Improvement Association. He is excited to bring his talents and expertise to the NOCCI team!
Director of Intergovernmental & Community Relations
Tari is a retired Congressional staffer, where she served as Deputy State Director for Former United States Senator Mary Landrieu and Regional Manager for Retired United States Senator J. Bennett Johnston. She also worked in the Administration of former Mayor Ollie S. Tyler (Shreveport, LA) as Executive Assistant for Governmental Affairs. Her community involvement includes: Former South Central Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Louisiana Community and Technical College Board of Supervisors, Former Chairman of the Louisiana State Fair Board and she is an avid volunteer for Sickle Cell Disease Association, NWLA.
