Since 2014, nocci has had the opportunity to engage some of the nation’s biggest foodies and wine connoisseurs through coordination of New Orleans’ premier wine and food festival; The New Orleans Wine and Food Experience.

• Coordinated all logistics for the four-day wine and food experience
• Provided workspace for NOWFE’s executive director and staff to provide them with a comfortable work environment
• Worked tirelessly within a strict budget to bring the vision of NOWFE stakeholders (executive director, board and committee members) to life
• Provided guests with an opportunity to attend intimate wine dinners at some of New Orleans’ most desirable restaurants through coordination of 30 wine dinners
• Managed and staffed individual NOWFE events, including Wine Dinners, Vinola, Seminars and Experiences, Royal Street Stroll, Grand Tasting, The Big Gateaux Show and Ella Brennan Award Gala
• Assisted in the development of NOWFE Experiences, including a “Members Only” Pool Party, and an exclusive fishing charter with Chef Donald Link
• Helped in acquiring and fostering relationships with sponsors for the festival
• Recruited and managed over 100 volunteers to assist at the different NOWFE events
• Handled all NOWFE merchandise sold during the festival
• Executed the Ella Brennan Award Gala, honoring members of New Orleans’ hospitality industry
