The Louisiana Seafood Cook Off is one event of many that occur every three years during Nola Navy Week. Local chefs are invited to participate in partnership with chefs from all the vessels that are in port the week of Nola Navy Week. The day of the competition, each team is given 30 minutes to prep, cook, and present their dish. This year’s 1st place winner was Petty Officer Third Class Perez Santos and Ryan Hacker of Brennan’s.
