2020 POWER UP: Women’s Leadership Conference

When the Chamber decided to go virtual, nocci stepped in from the beginning and guided and produced the 2020 POWER UP: Women’s Leadership Conference.
Scope of Services
- nocci Set up a studio inside the Hyatt New Orleans Hotel. This Studio included a stage, multiple backdrops, camera risers, three cameras and many other equipment to make a seamless virtual conference
- nocci coordinated Virtual Conference Platform and App
- nocci Worked with the client to export 650 registrants information from the New Orleans Chamber’s existing registration platform so it could be uploaded to the Virtual Conferencing Platform Software for event registration
- nocci managed all speaker communication and direction for rehearsals, recordings and live videos onsite.
- nocci created special engagements to help the attendees feel as “normal” as they can such as networking events and virtual BINGO
- nocci Coordinated with sponsors to make sure we delivered on the sponsor deliverables including but not limited to logos, graphics, commercials, technical and visual presentation aids etc.
- nocci created graphics needed for the web platform and app along with sponsorship hold slides to introduce each session
- nocci secured and worked directly with the caterer to confirm a plan to deliver 350 lunches all across the Greater New Orleans Area
- nocci coordinated and created daily emails leading up to and during the conference highlighting different aspect of the conference, platform and app. This also included daily reminders for conference sessions and sponsor promotions.
- nocci performed onsite tasks such as production management with speakers, platform and live stream management throughout the conference, and technical support and more.
